We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Ant Picnic on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game itself — its code, artwork, sounds, level designs, and name — remains ours.
Coins, lives, and boosters exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another player or another device. We may change how they are earned, priced, or balanced as the game is updated.
Your progress and items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the game, change devices, or clear the app's data, they are gone and we cannot restore them — we hold no copy.
The game is free and is funded by ads served through Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and give a reward for watching. We do not control which specific ads are shown to you. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the game working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may update, change, or discontinue the game at any time. Ads and analytics require an internet connection; most of the game does not.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
